Property Administration
For greater comfort and tranquillity we offer this service to the proprietors who reside outside the city of Cartagena so that their property is always current (services, repairs, cleaning, among others), so that they will find everything in perfect conditon at the time of theirr arrival.

Foreign investment
For the foreign citizen who invests in Colombia, the funds must be transferred through the financial intermediaries authorized by the National Government, such as banks, in charge of legalizing the funds for the purchase of a property in Colombia. For this service we also count with the consultant's office of the Bank of the Republic.

Requirements
For the legalization of a transfer, the banks request from the foreign citizen the following documents:

• A proper request given by the Bank
• Certificate of foreign Citizenship or passport
• A letter from the employer, where it indicates Position, antiquity and wages.
• Certification of Income sent by the buyer’s accountant and if independent or self-employed proof of such.
• Income Tax copy
• Bank statements of savings or checking accounts of the 3 last months.
• 2 Commercial references.
• 2 bank references.

Bozzimbett Real Estate will provide all the necessary consultants to assist in the legalization of the operation before the Bank of the Republic and the bank chosen by the buyer to make the transaction.
